Mr. Chang is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of Sea Sonic Electronics, Inc. Mr. Chang is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of Sea Sonic Electronics, Inc. Mr. Chang was the Chairman and President of Sea Sonic Electronics when it was first established in 1975, and has been dedicated to the production of test equipment and related products. Under his leadership, Sea Sonic entered into the design and manufacture of switching power supplies in 1980, and was the pioneer in this industry in Taiwan. In 1997, Hai Wan set up a factory in Dongguan, China to specialize in manufacturing. Under his leadership, Haiyun was officially listed and traded on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2002. Mr. Chang stepped down as President in 2007 and was honored as Chairman Emeritus by the Board of Directors in 2017. With more than 40 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Chang continues to provide strategic guidance on Haiyun's long-term business development and R&D direction with his foresight in business management.

Since 1999, he has joined the company as a special assistant to the general manager, and since 2000, he has established the new product business department, which is responsible for the development of a new network communication product line and is also responsible for market development. In 2002, he went to the United States to develop the market, established the United States subsidiary Sea Sonic Electronic Inc. in 2005 and served as the general manager of the subsidiary, and led the relevant departments to obtain the United States 80 PLUS certification in the same year, making Haiyun the first power supply company in the world to receive this award certification. In 2007, he successfully achieved NT$2 billion in the United States market, and returned to the head office in the same year to be promoted to the position of general manager. In 2008, he went to Europe to establish a European subsidiary, Sea Sonic Europe B.V., and returned to the head office in 2009 to continue as general manager, and in 2017, he was elected chairman and general manager by the board of directors. In October 2022, the Board of Directors proposed to reappoint Mr. Lan Jiantong as the General Manager of the Company, so as to better achieve the spirit of corporate governance of the division of rights and responsibilities and lead the Company to achieve the goal of sustainable operation.

Mr. Pan Mengwen passed away in 2025 . July July 31 The Board of Directors resolved to implement the following effective from July 31, 2025 . , . as the company's General Manager. Previously serving as General Manager of the Smart Products Division at Jianlin Group and holding the position of Chief Product Officer at a Taiwanese publicly listed company, he possesses expertise in electronic control systems, power systems, and the R&D and sales of smart products. Additionally, he brings substantial experience and qualifications in business management and leadership.
